What to expect

We’ll look at a workflow or idea with you, identify what an AI application could do and discuss the scope and next steps.

Arranging your visit

After payment, we’ll email you to agree a date, time and meeting address. Your visit is confirmed once those details are agreed.

Cancellations and refunds

Full refund before a date is agreed, or with at least 48 hours’ notice before a confirmed visit. Later cancellation or rescheduling: up to £75; a missed visit: up to £150. Any charge is limited to reasonable net loss. If we cancel, you can choose a full refund.

Refunds are issued within 14 calendar days. If no date is agreed within 14 days of payment, we refund you unless you ask us to keep arranging it.
