How to read the AI stories
The stories on this website describe possible AI applications for small businesses across different industries. They illustrate workflows and ideas to discuss, not completed client projects, live applications or evidence of measured results.
The situations and proposed outputs are illustrative. A story describing a useful outcome does not establish that an application has been built, tested or approved for that use. The animated London city is part of the website's presentation; it does not depict a client project or a live AI system carrying out the stories.
People check the work and make consequential decisions
SW6 AI Studio designs and builds software. The stories do not provide professional advice, safety assessments or instructions to use directly in your business. Any proposed application needs to be checked against the actual work, people, equipment and rules involved.
AI can omit information, invent facts, make calculation errors or reproduce bias. Outputs may also be out of date. A responsible person needs to check important assumptions and outputs, with appropriately qualified review where the work calls for it. This is particularly important for uses involving care and wellbeing, construction, equipment, food safety, staffing, financial commitments or people's rights.
For example, a proposed plan can help a person compare options, but it is not a substitute for a required inspection, professional assessment or approval. The scope of a real project must identify who checks the work and which decisions and actions require human approval before anyone relies on it.
Agreeing a real application
A project needs its own written scope, representative tests, acceptance criteria and arrangements for human approval. We will discuss what data the system may use, who checks results and which actions must remain under human control. Do not send confidential client records, passwords or sensitive personal information through the website enquiry form.
Results depend on the workflow, data quality, integrations, staff use and ongoing oversight. We do not promise a particular saving, level of accuracy, revenue increase or regulatory outcome from the examples. Fees, deliverables and responsibilities for paid work are set out in your agreement and our service terms.
These explanations do not remove our obligation to provide agreed services with reasonable care and skill, or limit rights or liabilities that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Third-party names and relationships
Third-party product names identify technologies; mentioning them does not itself mean their providers endorse SW6 AI Studio. Any paid promotion or affiliate relationship will be identified where it appears.
